To prevent vibration damage to workers caused by vibrating tools

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) has issued a directive (Kiho 0710) to prevent vibration-related injuries to workers caused by vibrating tools. In accordance with this directive, it is necessary to control exposure time and select low-vibration tools so that daily vibration exposure does not exceed 5.0 m/s2. ROBEL defines "triaxial composite value" as "triaxial composite value of frequency-corrected vibration acceleration rms value" and specify it on each vibration tool. This value can be completely different depending on the measurement method. ROBEL consider it to be an important parameter that may affect the human body, so also specify the measurement standard for it.
